CNC milling machines, machining centers and nesting centers created for the customer!
Machines from the InfoTEC EVOLUTION series, i.e. CNC milling machines, machining centers and nesitng centers, have been designed from scratch for the customer and the perspective of matching the products to the new horizons of customer development.
The InfoTEC CNC constructors team started working on the development of a new machine beam, which allowed for the transfer of larger loads during operation, with higher machining parameters, while maintaining the highest cutting quality. Changing the body also influenced the entire structure of the InfoTEC EVOLUTION machining center and location of individual components. This translates to increasing the stiffness of the door, reducing the consumption of linear systems and transmission (new location, less exposed to dirt), faster serviceability (easier access to components) and operator safety (easier access to the working field and a larger number of sensors controlling the machine in real time ). The new frame and construction of the center allowed for increased dynamics and acceleration on the machine’s arcs, which in turn translates into a shortening of the machining time by up to 15%. The precision of the InfoTEC EVOLUTION machining center has also been raised by upgrading the drive train, which guarantees even greater accuracy.
