Hybrid machining center

InfoTEC HYBRID

Characteristic

Hybrid machining center = two different ways of fixing the machining material, two working fields = one machine!

InfoTEC PRO HYBRID is a hybrid machining center based on two independent working fields with different methods of material fastening and machining. The first working field is equipped with a raster table with specially designed channels for even distribution of the vacuum, behind which force the material is fixed on the working field. The second working field is equipped with adjustable beams with suckers, to which the element is fixed using a vacuum. On the first working area, the material is machined in 3 axes by means of an industrial spindle and by means of an aggregate – vertical drilling. In the second field, the formwork is machined in the 4th axis by means of aggregates mounted on the spindle – C axis or in 5 liquid axes. The second working area – beam, allows you to work in the field of 360. InfoTEC PRO HYBRID solves the dilemma of space in the hall for two machines.

The combination of NESTING technology and innovative table construction in a hybrid machining center allows:

  • Obtaining above-standard universality in the range of diversity of processed materials
  • Increased production flexibility and production range.
  • Reducing the need for inter-operational transport.
  • Electricity saving (several machines replaced with one with total functionality).
  • Saving space in the production hall, bringing comprehensive production to one workstation.
  • Increased accuracy and repeatability (NESTING’s distinct advantage over other technologies).
  • Reducing the amount of waste, depending on the production order by 10 to 20% (NESTING technology).
  • Increased safety at the workplace (the implemented program does not require active participation of the operator during work).
  • Shortening of production cycles.

An exemplary process for the production of furniture:

  1. Loading the panel on the working field with a table for nesting.
  2. Fast and repeatable homing of the furniture board on the nesting table.
  3. Panel punching using a drilling unit.
  4. Panel punching, eg for the Lamello system.
  5. Cutting the board in NESTING technology with a finger cutter.
  6. Automatic cleaning of the table after previous machining operations.
  7. Transition to the working area with a beam table for further processing of furniture elements, among others: lateral drilling (including at an angle), lateral milling, deburring, sawing cutting at a angle, for example for the Lamello system.
