Machining center for gate panels – new from InfoTEC CNC
The 3-axial beam center for the production of gate panels is a novelty in the InfoTEC CNC offer. It complements the saw for longitudinal and transverse cutting. The machine has a large working area of 6000×800 mm, thanks to which there are no restrictions on the implementation of even the most demanding orders. The device has 10 beams with a pneumatic panel mounting and a system of homing and moving details using vulcanized rolls.
The center enables the following technical operations in one uninterrupted production cycle:
- milling of technical holes,
- windows
- drilling
- screwing in the screw
InfoTEC, while designing the machine, focused on its performance and stability, which guarantees high repeatability of machining and fast turnaround time for complete gate panels. An additional option, extending the use of the machine, is the possibility of fixing and processing in the range of 3.4 axes (option) of aluminum profiles.
