InfoTEC CNC, European manufacturer of 3D printers presents a modern industrial 3D printer!

 

InfoTEC 555 3D is a 3D printer for industrial use. It allows you to reproduce any designed shape. The user in a simple manner may create a prototype or the final product without the need for extensive machine park – moulds and machines for injecting plastic.

 

For modelling – the 3D printer uses inexpensive, generally available thermoplastic material. With this technology, the creation of prototypes, designer models, manufacture of auto and aircraft parts, machinery equipment parts, medical components and objects of everyday use became easy and quick.

 

Objects are produced on the 3D printer by arranging molten plastic in ultra thin layers, accurately reproducing three-dimensional shape of the model, which makes it possible to mould precise curves.

InfoTEC equipped the 3D printer InfoTEC 555 3D with two interchangeable nozzles of different diameters (0.2/0.5 mm). They give you the ability to produce two-colour objects in one printing process. The high machine rigidity and fast servo drives as well as precise positioning during the work allow you to obtain flawless and durable models without deformation in express time.

 

The great advantage is the price of producing a single item. Taking into account the calculation for large industrial equipment, 3D printing is more cost effective than mass production at series of less than 1,000 pieces.
